Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist (Remote – Revenue Share)

Are you organized, proactive, and excited to build something big from the ground up? We’re looking for someone to take over recruiting and onboarding of our growing contractor team — including entertainers and salespeople — and help us scale our impact nationwide.

But we’re not just a trivia company — we’re a marketing and customer retention engine for hospitality businesses. We’ve built something that works. The demand is growing fast. Now we’re building the team to scale it nationwide. Our founder has run over 20,000 shows. Our formats are sticky. Our brand is growing. Now we need someone to help grow our people — fast, smart, and with heart. What You’ll Do
- Write and post job listings on Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Review applications and screen candidates
- Coordinate interviews (mostly via Zoom)
- Manage digital onboarding (tools, training, checklists)
- Set up new hires in systems like Connecteam
- Track progress and hand off to department leads
- Continuously improve processes and workflows
What We're Looking For
- Experience with recruiting, HR coordination, or team management (formal or informal)
- Highly organized and systems-minded
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing with a company
- Comfortable with tools like Airtable, Google Workspace, Canva, etc.
Compensation: Revenue Share With High Upside This is a revenue-sharing opportunity, not an hourly or salaried job. You’ll earn a recurring percentage of company revenue, tied to the contractors and processes you help build and maintain. What That Means:
- You earn a percentage of all revenue from shows powered by your hires.
- Your income grows as the company grows — and doesn’t require more hours.
- Think equity-style earnings without the red tape.
Example: What This Could Look Like If we hit 500 weekly shows by Month 6 (on track), and you’ve helped bring on the people behind them:
- You could be earning $4,000–$5,000/month in recurring revenue share.
- As we scale to 1,000+ shows, your share grows — without tripling your hours.
