[Hiring] Dental Biller @Paired
Role Description We’re looking for an experienced Dental Biller to help improve insurance collections and support the full dental revenue cycle for our customers. This role is responsible for:
- Submitting clean claims
- Resolving denials
- Posting payments
- Managing outstanding A/R
- Working with dental practices across general dentistry and specialty offices
This is also an opportunity to help shape internal processes and workflows. We’re looking for someone who is:

Qualifications
- 5+ years of dental billing experience
- Experience working with multiple practices, specialties, or payer mixes is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental practice management systems such as Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Curve, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Google Chat
- Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality requirements
- Team-oriented mindset with interest in improving systems and workflows
- Available to work during US business hours
