Online Video Creator Teachers K-3 for Homeschool Platform

Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Online Video Creator Teachers specializing in Kindergarten through 3rd grade for our innovative homeschool platform. In this dynamic role, you will craft engaging, educational video content that inspires young learners to explore, discover, and develop essential skills across core subjects. We are currently hiring engaging and creative credentialed teachers for our new online homeschool learning platform serving Kindergarten–3rd grade students. This is a remote contract position focused on prerecorded teacher-led Math and ELA lessons designed to make online learning interactive, engaging, and confidence-building for young learners. Position Requirements:

• Develop and produce high-quality, engaging video lessons aligned with curriculum standards for K-3 students across subjects such as literacy, math, science, social studies, and physical education.
• Incorporate best practices in curriculum development and lesson planning to ensure content is age-appropriate, interactive, and pedagogically sound.
• Utilize learning technology tools to enhance video presentations, including animations, visual aids, and interactive elements that support diverse learning styles.
• Proofread scripts and instructional materials to maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency in messaging.
• Mentor students through engaging storytelling techniques while maintaining classroom management principles within the digital environment.
• Stay current with early childhood education trends, childhood development research, and standardized testing requirements to ensure content remains relevant and effective.
• Credentialed teacher preferred
• Experience teaching K–3 students
• Strong knowledge of Google Slides
• Ability to create original lesson materials inspired by company-provided pacing and curriculum direction
• Comfortable creating engaging, teacher-led presentations
• Basic editing/video recording skills required
• Strong on-camera presence and student engagement
• Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
• Must know how to create content on google slides and edit videos

Please note: We will only be reviewing sample videos that include a structured online presentation using slides. Videos without slide presentations will not be reviewed. Project Scope: 120 prerecorded Math lessons 120 prerecorded ELA lessons Must be comfortable recording 8–10 videos per week. Pay: $20–$30 per video depending on experience, quality, and engagement level This position has strong long-term growth potential as our online homeschool platform expands.
