Job Overview As a Pharmacy Technician at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our Clinical Customer Care team, working closely with our clinical pharmacists and customer care associates to provide top-notch support to our customers. Your expertise and guidance will enable our customers to navigate their medication regimens with confidence, leading to improved health outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone calls from Customer Care associates on a daily basis and maintain assigned metrics, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Make outbound calls for various purposes, including situations deemed urgent by our clinical pharmacist team, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Assist our clinical pharmacist team with outgoing calls to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and customers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues. Collaborate with Customer Care Associates, offering guidance and feedback to continually develop their knowledge and skills, and contribute to the growth and development of our team. Complete tickets to support our Customer Care Team and Clinical RPh team, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Maintain an advanced understanding of blithequark's policies and procedures, as well as our products and services, to provide accurate and informative support to our customers. Monitor and process all help desk assigned tasks on a daily basis, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Act as the primary point of contact for escalated calls by Customer Care Associates, handling these calls with empathy and professionalism, and following through until resolution has been met. Manage the reporting of customer complaints, providing resolution per set SLA's, and escalating issues as appropriate to ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Investigate and report pharmacy errors, demonstrating your commitment to quality and patient safety. Learn and stay up-to-date on pharmacy laws and regulations nationwide, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and informed support. Serve as a point of contact for any system or technology/software outages, notifying all appropriate parties for resolution, and demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively with our technical teams. Maintain the confidentiality of all customer information, adhering to our strict privacy and security protocols. Work autonomously, proactively identifying areas in need of improvement, and collaborating with teammates to implement solutions and drive process enhancements. Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, commitment to quality, and a flexible mindset, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications

Active and unrestricted in-state Board of Pharmacy License (including Pharmacy Technician, Trainee, and Assistant Licenses), demonstrating your expertise and qualifications as a pharmacy professional. High school or equivalent diploma, providing a foundation for your future growth and development as a pharmacy technician.

Preferred Qualifications

National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA), showcasing your commitment to excellence and professionalism in the field of pharmacy. Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and drive customer satisfaction. Strong organization skills and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
