Remote Litigation Paralegal – California Employment Litigation A highly structured, technology-enabled plaintiff-side employment litigation firm is seeking an experienced California Litigation Paralegal to join its fully remote team. Legal professionals are supported by a strong operational infrastructure and technology so they can focus on substantive litigation work rather than unnecessary administrative burdens. This position is ideal for a litigation paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meaningful responsibility, and can independently support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of California civil litigation experience required
- Employment litigation experience preferred but not required
- Experience supporting FEHA, wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, or wrongful termination matters preferred
- Strong drafting experience required, including motions and discovery
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000 – $120,000 depending on experience
- Hourly compensation structure
- Annual compensation reviews based on performance and experience
