Join our high-performing Customer and Market Insights team

As a Senior Research Executive, you'll join a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering best-in-class customer and market insights. Our team acts as an in-house market insight agency, designing, analyzing, and delivering insight projects from start to finish. We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who shares our passion for customer-centricity and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer satisfaction programmes, including survey refinement and quarterly reporting

• Deliver strategic research projects by planning, designing, and analyzing market studies
• Present findings with clarity and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external research agencies
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all insights and analysis
• Support colleagues undertaking research with advice and best practices

Requirements:

* Market research experience with demonstrated expertise in generating insights

• Degree-level education and a relevant research qualification
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Perfect written and spoken English
• Strong project management skills and ability to work across multiple deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Access and SharePoint
• Knowledge of SPSS and R is beneficial
• Confident presentation skills and visual storytelling ability
