Senior Client Partner, Large Customer Sales – Restaurants & AlcBev at arenaflex

We're now seeking an experienced Senior Client Partner to join our Large Customer Sales team, specializing in the Restaurants & AlcBev vertical. As a Senior Client Partner, you'll be responsible for forming and deepening relationships with key brands and agencies in the Restaurants & AlcBev industry, ensuring they meet their business objectives using arenaflex's advertising suite. You'll be a key player in driving year-over-year revenue growth, identifying new buyers of arenaflex advertising products, and shaping our ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with clients to drive year-over-year revenue growth
- Proactively construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients to ensure alignment with their business objectives
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with new clients, educating them on arenaflex and the arenaflex ads platform to unlock new revenue opportunities
- Leverage agency and client direct relationships to identify new buyers of arenaflex advertising products and expand our reach in the Restaurants & AlcBev industry
- Leverage data from internal and external sources to inform client strategies and pitch proposals, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of customer service
- Act as an internal lead by actively volunteering in team meetings and arenaflex special projects to drive collaboration and innovation
- Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation, instilling confidence and setting all interactions up for success by appropriately setting client expectations, identifying outcomes, and communicating clear next steps
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to communicate major platform updates, releases, changes, and/or opportunities that will deepen or expand the relationship
- Provide strategic, proactive, and consultative advice to clients in order to uplevel and grow the relationship, leveraging deep product knowledge to align their goals with new and unique opportunities on the platform
- Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
- Shape arenaflex's ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders, driving product innovation and improvement
- Provide thought leadership and act as an arenaflex evangelist with partners and at industry events, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in the social media landscape and native advertising
- Share your industry, client, and product expertise by mentoring and training other team members, driving knowledge sharing and growth within the team
- Collaborate closely with other Client Partners and Account Managers to craft a cohesive strategy across shared accounts, ensuring alignment and consistency in our approach
Essential Qualifications:
* 12+ years of experience in digital media with at least 7+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in QSR client experience
- Proven experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations, with a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges
- Experience managing relationships up through C-level executives, with a strong track record of building and maintaining strong relationships
- Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions, with a strong understanding of the social media landscape and native advertising
- Deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space, with a strong network of contacts and partners
- Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and innovations
- Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and expansion
- Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets, with a strong ability to meet and exceed goals
- Ability to lead special projects, with a strong track record of driving collaboration and innovation within cross-functional teams
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong foundation in business, marketing, or a related field
