Key Responsibilities

As a Japanese Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in providing outstanding support to our Japanese-speaking clientele while driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Japanese and English. + Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution in a courteous and professional manner. + Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized assistance and proactive follow-up.

Sales Support:

+ Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable office solutions. + Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and close deals. + Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations in Japanese and English as needed.

Language Support:

+ Serve as a language bridge between Japanese-speaking customers and English-speaking team members. + Translate documents, marketing materials, and communications between Japanese and English.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

+ Work closely with various departments including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth customer interactions and order fulfillment. + Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Language Skills:

Fluency in Japanese (N1 level) and English, both written and verbal.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.

Skills:

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Certifications:

None required, but a certification in customer service or sales would be an asset.
