Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing outstanding customer support to our rapidly growing client base. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, retaining clients, and gathering valuable insights about our products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and guidance.
- Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client goals, educate them on the benefits of arenaflex, and propose customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Retain clients in accordance with company requirements and customer needs, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported.
- Meet and exceed individual goals, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
- Document client interactions accurately, providing valuable insights and feedback to our team.
- Communicate ongoing retention activity and progress, ensuring that our team is informed and aligned.
- Respond to clients and reviews through Social Media, maintaining a positive and engaging online presence.
- Project professionalism and work cooperatively with other departments, seeking further advice and guidance when necessary.
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with native-level fluency in English and Spanish.
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience, preferably with an emphasis on retention sales.
- Experience selling in a solution or service environment, with top-notch phone presentation skills.
- Active experience utilizing CRM systems to document daily calls, meetings, and activity.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, driven, and have an appetite to succeed.
- Consistent track record of retaining a high percentage of clients.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Stable work history.
- Must have a stable internet speed of at least 50MB.

* Experience with Zendesk.
- Highly motivated and energetic individual with a passion for beauty.
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience working in a remote environment.

Work Environment
* This is a fully remote position, with occasional trainings and team-building events at our El Segundo, CA Headquarters.
- Must be based in the United States and able to commute to our headquarters for occasional events.
