Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish Speaking

Job Summary:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, and your strong problem-solving skills will enable you to quickly identify and resolve customer concerns. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Handle calls from Spanish-speaking customers with empathy and understanding.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary.
  • Help explain contract details and provide clear, concise information to customers.
  • Manage existing customer relationships to ensure peace of mind and worry-free experiences.
  • Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with management and co-workers in a visible manner, utilizing camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of $19.50/hour

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

  • Must be fluent in speaking and reading Spanish
  • Strong COMPUTER LITERACY skills required
  • Previous knowledge of a CRM System (a plus)
  • Goal-oriented with high standards and a drive to achieve them
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasive speaking, and listening skills
  • Ability to use good reasoning skills and adapt on the fly
  • Great organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Available workspace at home with high-Speed Internet (at least 50 Mbps) and an isolated work environment away from others during scheduled shifts.
