Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Customer Growth District Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for leading a quota-achieving sales team, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our restaurant technology solutions. Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Growth District Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing a quota-achieving sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members meet or exceed their sales targets
- Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, building trust and credibility with key decision-makers in the restaurant industry
- Managing the full sales process from initial customer interest to close, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business
- Learning and becoming a product expert on our restaurant technology solutions, including our point-of-sale (POS) system, online ordering and delivery platform, and other innovative solutions
- Assisting in the training and development of sales staff and management, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics, identifying trends and opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to drive revenue expansion
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers, prospects, and team members
- 1+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the restaurant or software as a service (SaaS) industry
- A proven track record of success in building and managing quota-achieving sales teams, with a focus on developing sales staff and driving revenue growth
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the restaurant industry and the challenges faced by restaurant operators
- Experience working with software technologies, including POS systems, online ordering and delivery platforms, and other innovative solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and team members
- A driven and self-motivated individual, with a strong desire to succeed and a willingness to take calculated risks to achieve goals
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the restaurant industry, including as a restaurant operator or in a sales or marketing role
- Familiarity with payroll and POS systems, including Toast and other leading solutions
- Experience working with AI and machine learning technologies, including natural language processing and predictive analytics
- A strong understanding of the SaaS sales model, including subscription-based pricing and recurring revenue streams

- Base salary: $181,000 - $290,000 USD
- Uncapped commissions: Earn additional income based on your sales performance
