Key Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service experience consistently
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • A minimum of 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, are also a plus.
