The Role
As a customer service representative in a contractor role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through inbound phone calls, chat, or email. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their needs, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone calls, chat, or email
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Work independently, managing your own schedule and workload
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Schedule and Flexibility
* Set your own schedule, working from home and choosing your own hours
- Flexible work schedule options available, with the majority of work hours during weekdays and daytime
- Opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you (within client hours of operation)
Earnings and Revenue
* Contract earnings: $12 per hour
- Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers
- Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care
- Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset
- Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
Technology and Equipment Requirements
* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication into client and arenaflex systems
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept an AppleOS)
Work Environment Requirements
* Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
Contractual Relationship
* The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship.
- You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex.
- arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
- When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, workers compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
