Responsibilities

As a Customer Referral Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Referring customers to arenaflex's banking services, providing them with personalized solutions to meet their financial needs
  • Handling text communications and phone calls with customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing referral processes, ensuring seamless communication between customers and arenaflex's banking services team

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's banking services and products to effectively refer customers

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional customer service and support
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the referral team to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide customers with the most relevant and effective solutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid checking account
  • Possess minimum computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Be able to work 6 to 8 hours a week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

  • Comfortable speaking with people, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of online banking and financial services
