The Role

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home in Connecticut, New Hampshire, or Maine. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and customer service initiatives
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions and recommendations to clients
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and customer service initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions and recommendations to clients
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or call center environment

  • Sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales and customer service tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and customer service initiatives
  • Strong product knowledge and industry trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest developments
