Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences
  • Integrity and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Nice-to-haves

While not required, the following skills and experiences would be highly valued:

  • Previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of insurance products and services
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
