Requirements

- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
