Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative - Sales and Appointment Setting at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales, and appointment setting support to our clients. You will work from the comfort of your own home as a remote agent, enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with working remotely. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Sell and promote arenaflex's products and services to customers
- Set appointments with customers to discuss their needs and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed sales and appointment setting targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
* At least 6 months experience in telemarketing, sales, appointment setting, technical support, or customer service/retention
- Must have a USB headset
- Must complete typing and voice tests
- Must pass a background check (no felonies in the past 5 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
