Job Summary
As a Tier 2 E-Commerce Phone/Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to some of the world's most iconic gaming brands. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying flexible schedules and the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects. Responsibilities
As a Tier 2 E-Commerce Phone/Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support via Zendesk ticketing system
- Using admin order tools to review order status and provide resolutions to customers
- Using admin tools to review user accounts and assist with account issues
- Working with customers to resolve concerns and provide solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous customer support experience, preferably in the e-commerce or gaming industry
- Familiarity with Zendesk, or a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Passion for gaming and a willingness to learn about new products and services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Quality headset and a quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or customer support environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems
- Experience working with customers in a gaming or entertainment industry
- Knowledge of gaming products and services
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams

Work Environment
As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We require a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace. You'll also need to install MSQ security software and a 2FA app on your phone.
