Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving their queries, and providing them with the best possible experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Promoting arenaflex's products and services, including our online antique auction shipping segment
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback
  • Collaborating with the sales team to resolve customer issues and promote upselling opportunities
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced, often hectic retail environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or logistics environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and senior team members
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, often hectic retail environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working at a UPS Store or in a similar retail or logistics environment

  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including our online antique auction shipping segment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as customer relationship management (CRM) or sales
