Job Description

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately inputting, updating, and managing essential data within our systems
• Working from home with a competitive annual salary of $75,000
• No prior experience required, with comprehensive training provided
• Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and possess basic computer skills

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input, update, and manage essential data within our systems

• Utilize pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions
• Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow
• Perform duties as assigned by Pharmacy manager, personnel Pharmacist, and store supervisor
• Register all related income on assigned cash register, collect and handle coins as required
• Take customers to OTC aisle to assist in finding merchandise
• Handle telephone calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians
• Method (correct and resubmit) claims for third-party prescription services in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform other clerical responsibilities as assigned by the store manager

Essential Qualifications

* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prefer previous work experience with arenaflex
• Prefer desirable math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Prefer basic computer skills
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory management
• Prefer % certification
