Job Description
As a Consultant Streaming Support, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with technical issues, account inquiries, and troubleshooting related to streaming services
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless streaming experience
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical problems efficiently, and maintaining a customer-first approach
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Utilizing CRM applications, technical support tools, and Microsoft Office software to provide effective solutions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest streaming services and technologies

Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
- Experience with streaming, including basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Technical support experience
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
Requirements for Remote Work
* Excellent Internet connectivity
- Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download – the faster the better!
- Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
