Job Summary

We're seeking experienced full stack data entry specialists to join our team in a remote work-from-home capacity. As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting a variety of data into our systems, including customer information, product details, and sales transactions. You'll also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of data, organizing and maintaining files and records, and assisting with other clerical tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input data into our systems, including customer information, product details, and sales transactions

  • Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Assist with other clerical tasks as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve data management processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and customer service

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient typing skills (at least 40 words per minute)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with data entry software and systems (desired)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in data entry or customer service (desired)
