Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airline Customer Service Representatives. As a remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home, assisting airline passengers with inquiries, reservations, flight changes, and general travel concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, rebookings, and ticket modifications, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on airline policies, baggage rules, check-in procedures, and flight status updates.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Coordinate with airport and airline staff to ensure smooth operations for passengers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process refunds, vouchers, and travel credits when necessary, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow data protection guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores, contributing to the success of the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation platforms, and CRM software, with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience (airline or travel industry preferred).
- Previous experience working remotely is an advantage, with the ability to work independently and manage distractions.
Working Hours
Flexible shifts available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week for part-time roles. Full-time employees work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts.
