Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary post-sale contact for fulfillment centers using arenaflex Robotics solutions
  • Monitoring system performance, usage trends, and operational KPIs to ensure optimal performance
  • Partnering with technical support teams to resolve issues and prevent future problems
  • Delivering onboarding, training, and continuous education to customers to maximize the value derived from our robotic solutions
  • Building strong cross-functional relationships with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to drive collaboration and innovation
  • Documenting success plans and driving adoption of best practices to ensure seamless integration and long-term satisfaction
  • Contributing feedback to the product and engineering teams for continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or operations
  • A strong understanding of robotic systems, supply chain processes, or industrial automation
  • Proven experience managing client or stakeholder relationships
  • Exceptional communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or operations with a focus on robotics, automation, or industrial automation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with robotic systems, supply chain processes, or industrial automation

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
  • Certification in a related field, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
