In this remote role, you'll be responsible for researching and resolving critical transportation issues escalated by arenaflex executives and senior leadership. You'll collaborate across multiple departments to resolve delivery failures, lost shipments, or urgent customer concerns while communicating clearly and empathetically with stakeholders. Responsibilities
As a Transportation Representative – Executive Customer Relations, you'll be responsible for:
- Investigating and resolving escalated delivery issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaising with internal teams such as Logistics, Customer Service, and Executive Relations to resolve complex issues
- Drafting detailed and professional responses on behalf of executive leadership to address customer concerns
- Monitoring critical metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure delivery excellence
- Documenting case history and insights to improve future processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Participating in regular team updates and continuous improvement discussions to drive innovation and excellence
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities to resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in navigating logistics systems and tools to efficiently manage transportation issues
