Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Live Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with arenaflex customers through live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
  • Responding to questions about orders, accounts, and product details, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Maintaining accurate and timely communication with customers, resolving issues efficiently and courteously
  • Utilizing internal systems to resolve problems and escalate as needed, upholding arenaflex's high standards for customer satisfaction
  • Following communication and performance guidelines during each shift, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • To be a U.S. resident
  • To have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly
  • A typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  • Basic computer proficiency, with experience using a computer and navigating online systems
