Key Responsibilities:
As a Content Reviewer on our Ads Moderation team, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing advertisements across multiple formats, including images, video, audio, and written content, to ensure compliance with global trends and community standards
- Flagging and moderating content that may be inappropriate, political, or sexually suggestive
- Monitoring and evaluating ads in alignment with current events and global trends
- Utilizing moderation tools and translation features to assess and review ad submissions
- Auditing and providing feedback on advertiser content and emails
- Maintaining accuracy while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks
Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, English, Marketing, or related field)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- B2-level certification for select languages such as French, Spanish, German, Italian, Arabic, or Japanese (JLPT N3)
Preferred:
* Experience in content moderation, digital advertising, or policy enforcement
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
