Key Responsibilities:

* Answer and manage inbound phone calls from customers and clients, providing helpful and courteous responses to their inquiries

  • Input data from calls, forms, and emails into digital systems accurately, ensuring all interactions are documented properly
  • Review and verify data for completeness and errors, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
  • Meet productivity and quality standards for both phone and data tasks, consistently delivering high-quality results

Requirements:

* Must reside in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets and email
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment, ensuring a distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry tasks
