Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our virtual support team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you'll serve as the first point of contact for guests across arenaflex platforms, including theme parks, streaming services (arenaflex+, Hulu, ESPN+), and merchandise. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to questions, resolving concerns, and guiding customers with empathy, clarity, and the brand integrity that arenaflex is known for.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound customer calls, chats, or emails regarding arenaflex services
  • Resolving issues related to billing, accounts, subscriptions, and ticketing
  • Documenting interactions accurately in customer service platforms
  • Escalating complex issues as needed to appropriate internal teams
  • Meeting quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
  • Patience, empathy, and a professional attitude when dealing with customers
  • Reliable internet and home office setup
  • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work
