Job Summary

As an HTML Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our digital content and administrative teams. You'll be responsible for inputting, editing, and maintaining web-based data and content using HTML, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with formatting guidelines. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling options and weekly pay, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals who value flexibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities

As an HTML Data Entry Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Input and format data using HTML for various digital platforms: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and formatting data using HTML for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in layout, style, and web accessibility: You'll work closely with our design, development, and editorial teams to ensure that all digital content is consistent in layout, style, and web accessibility, meeting arenaflex's high standards for quality and user experience.
  • Identify and correct formatting or data inconsistencies: You'll be responsible for identifying and correcting formatting or data inconsistencies, ensuring that all digital content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and editorial teams: You'll work closely with our design, development, and editorial teams to ensure that all digital content is aligned with arenaflex's brand guidelines and meets our high standards for quality and user experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of content edits and updates: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of content edits and updates, ensuring that all changes are tracked and documented.
  • Follow digital content standards and version control practices: You'll work closely with our digital content team to ensure that all digital content is created and managed in accordance with arenaflex's digital content standards and version control practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.: You'll need to be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and web formatting tags: You'll need to have a basic understanding of HTML and web formatting tags, including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • High school diploma or GED required: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM with accuracy: You'll need to be able to type accurately and efficiently, with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus: While not required, familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus, as it will enable you to work more efficiently and effectively in this role.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills: You'll need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills, to succeed in this role.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting: You'll need to be able to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, to be successful in this role.
