Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Phone & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you'll be responsible for entering and updating client information, responding to phone inquiries, and assisting with routine reporting tasks. Key Responsibilities

As a Phone & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Data Entry: Enter customer data, order details, and account information into internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Phone Support: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist with general inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Record Updates: Update contact records, billing information, and support tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verification: Verify accuracy of information in spreadsheets and online portals, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate client issues or requests to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of customer information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform light clerical duties as assigned, supporting the team's administrative needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in data entry or customer service preferred.
  • Phone and Remote Work Experience: Comfortable handling phone calls and working in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment.
  • Typing Accuracy: Strong typing accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain productivity in a structured remote workflow.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
