Job Overview

The Data Entry Clerk – Remote position is designed for individuals with excellent typing skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently. In this role, you will input, update, and manage data in various systems and ensure information is organized and accurate across arenaflex's internal platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Enter customer and account data from source documents. - Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities. - Maintain data integrity and confidentiality. - Prepare and sort documents for data entry. - Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with minimal supervision. - Participate in regular virtual team meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong keyboarding skills with a minimum of 40 WPM. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
