Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our subscribers through phone, email, and live chat. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, answer questions about our subscription plans, and help resolve billing and account management problems. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service levels, you'll work independently in a remote setting to deliver top-tier support to our subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through phone, email, and live chat. - Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Identify and resolve streaming problems, device compatibility issues, and account login problems. - Answer Subscription and Billing Questions: Provide clear and concise information about our subscription plans, billing, and general account management. - Document Customer Interactions: Record all customer interactions, ensuring issues are resolved and follow-ups are completed. - Maintain High Customer Satisfaction: Meet performance targets and maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service levels. - Work Independently in a Remote Setting: Adhere to productivity goals and work effectively in a remote work environment.
Qualifications
