Job Overview:

As a Live Chat Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing fast, clear, and efficient assistance to customers via our live chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers, helping them track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and answer general inquiries related to their accounts. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will ensure a seamless experience for arenaflex customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide real-time assistance to customers via the arenaflex live chat platform, ensuring a prompt and professional response to their inquiries.

  • Answer inquiries regarding package tracking, billing, delivery, and service-related questions, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Use arenaflex's internal systems to access shipment details and account information, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone while resolving customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for arenaflex customers.
  • Document and follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

* Must be based in or near Tucson, AZ, and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service or live chat support experience is preferred.
  • Excellent typing speed and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate different systems at once.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required to ensure seamless communication with customers.

Essential Qualifications:
