Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through our online messaging platforms, providing top-notch support and service to our customers. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and memorable. Your expertise will be essential in resolving customer issues, answering general questions, and providing timely updates on shipment tracking and delivery.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customers in real-time via the arenaflex live chat platform, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries. - Help customers track packages, resolve delivery issues, and answer general questions related to their shipments. - Escalate more complex cases to appropriate departments as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner. - Use internal systems to access account and shipping information quickly and accurately, ensuring that you have the most up-to-date information to provide to customers. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and written communication at all times, adhering to arenaflex's brand standards and customer service expectations.

Requirements

- Must reside in or near Milwaukee, WI, and be authorized to work in the U.S. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Proficient in typing and written English; strong grammar and communication skills are essential for success in this role. - Previous customer service experience, especially in live chat or digital support, is preferred, but not required. - Comfortable using multiple software platforms and web tools simultaneously, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies. - Reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace are necessary for success in this role.
