Role Summary
As a part-time remote customer service agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing personalized support to our customers while working from the comfort of your own home. - Handle inbound customer service inquiries about shipments, accounts, and services
- Provide accurate information regarding package tracking, billing, and delivery times
- Record and document customer concerns using internal systems
- Escalate unresolved matters and follow up to ensure a timely resolution

Primary Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer service inquiries about shipments, accounts, and services + Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner + Provide accurate information regarding package tracking, billing, and delivery times + Resolve customer concerns and issues in a fair and efficient manner

+ Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior representatives or management + Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and their needs are met
- Work efficiently from home while meeting performance expectations
+ Meet productivity and performance standards while working remotely + Maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
* Must be based in or near New York, NY and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a remote or call center setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
