Position Summary

As a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first line of communication for our customers seeking assistance. You'll handle inbound communications and support requests, ensuring each customer receives prompt, courteous, and thorough service. This part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals looking for work flexibility, stability, and a positive work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, or chat inquiries concerning shipping services, tracking, and general support. - Use internal systems and databases to resolve customer questions and follow up as needed. - Troubleshoot service issues such as late or missing packages, address corrections, and claims. - Maintain a high standard of professionalism in every interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is necessary to resolve complex issues. - Utilize arenaflex's proprietary systems and tools to provide efficient and effective customer support. - Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers. - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications

- Must reside in or near Boston, MA and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. - High school diploma or GED required. - Previous experience in customer service, especially in remote or call center roles, is preferred. - Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access. - Availability for part-time scheduling, including some weekends or evenings. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
