Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat to resolve pharmacy and prescription issues, order status updates, and other pharmacy services
  • Providing fast, accurate, and friendly responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and following HIPAA guidelines to ensure the secure handling of sensitive information
  • Escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed to ensure timely and effective resolution

Requirements
