Job Summary
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat, phone, and email support. You'll be the face of our company, and your ability to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions will make a significant impact on our customers' satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email support
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to promote arenaflex products and services
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products, services, and policies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously improve our services
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Knowledge of the lighting industry and arenaflex products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish preferred)
- Experience with sales and marketing principles and practices

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate starting at $16.00 per hour
- $1.00 per hour increase after 60-day provisional period
- Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
