Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g. CRM, ticketing systems)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. CCNA, CSM)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
