Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing post-sales issues, and expediting orders in a timely and professional manner. This is a work-from-home position, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility and comfort of working from your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
