How You Will Make a Difference
As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through various mediums, including:
- Phone calls
- Live chat
- Social media
Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing customer needs by asking open-ended questions, active listening, and conveying empathy
- Linking product benefits to customer needs by researching, providing product information, and recommending solutions
- Processing product orders and providing prompt and efficient responses to all customers' requests
- Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow as it relates to sales, promotions, and problems to ensure accurate billings and shipments

Performance and Attendance
Performance and attendance will be reviewed after six months of service, at which time you may be eligible for a promotion. We are committed to fostering a culture of belonging based on respect, connection, openness, and authenticity.
Skills for Success
To excel in this role, you will need:
- One year of experience in a customer-facing role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- May require overtime as needed to meet demand/schedule

Hiring Range
The hiring range for this position is $15.20 USD - $19.00 USD per hour.
