Job Description

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their inquiries related to shipping, tracking, deliveries, and other arenaflex services. You'll provide support through phone, email, and chat platforms, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding shipping rates, tracking, delivery issues, and other arenaflex services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of issues and solutions
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Following company policies and procedures to maintain high service standards

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding shipping rates, tracking, delivery issues, and other arenaflex services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and solutions

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with remote working tools (email, chat, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries at once
  • Must be a U.S. resident and eligible to work in the United States
  • Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
