Job Description
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and assisting them with the check-in and baggage registration process
- Utilizing a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
- Managing the check-in process, ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for travel
- Labeling baggage and performing lifting tasks, including moving baggage from scales to conveyor belts
- Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and understand and respond to various questions regarding travel information + Basic computer skills and ability to use a computer to assist customers + Strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and pronunciation + Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and Spanish, both written and spoken
