Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and tickets. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, manage department inbox, and contribute to day-to-day operations, working independently and collaboratively as part of a team to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and tickets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, manage department inbox, and contribute to day-to-day operations.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and timely support to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes and procedures.
Requirements
* Associate degree or 2 years of experience in customer support or client relations.
- Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Available Shifts
* Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM CST
- Saturday to Tuesday: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM CST
