Remote Work Arrangement

Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accurate and efficient service
- Assisting pharmacies with medication adjudication and coordinating with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure seamless benefit assignment
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and claimant information in multiple systems
- Adapting to changing processes and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to ask relevant questions and provide clear responses
- Strong written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, experience in workers' compensation law and editing skills are nice-to-haves for this role.
