Key Responsibilities:

As a Contact Center Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of customer support representatives to achieve key performance goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and supervise a team of customer support representatives to achieve key performance goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business results
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Analyze team performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive results
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and provide guidance to team members on complex customer problems

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

1+ year of management experience preferred

Technical Skills:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Adaptability:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
