Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable. Your duties will include ticket sales, check-in, gate management, baggage handling, and flight coordination. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and supported
- Manage ticket sales, check-in, and gate operations, ensuring seamless flight coordination
- Provide baggage handling and management, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve our goals, promoting a positive and supportive team environment
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventories, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, using strong verbal and written communication skills
- Use technology and systems to manage client interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 6 months of experience in airport customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn new systems and technologies
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and French (spoken, written, and read)
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry
- Knowledge of airline operations, including ticketing, check-in, and baggage handling
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, German, or Italian
