Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our members, responding to their questions and concerns, and facilitating treatment solutions. You will work from the comfort of your own home, with the opportunity to learn more about healthcare and broaden your experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to phone calls and answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions

  • Provide solutions to facilitate treatment and improve members' understanding of their services and options
  • Work from the comfort of your own home, with the opportunity to learn more about healthcare and broaden your experience
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to our members
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to our members

Requirements

* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

  • 1 year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment

  • Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
