Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and delivering heart-driven service to our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support and deliver heart-driven service to our customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a positive, helpful manner
- Engage with customers in a patient, supportive way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life
- Demonstrate patience and empathy and express confirmation and confidence
- Utilize strong customer service skills, including courteous phone etiquette and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and issue resolution
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., call center, retail, customer support environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
